Use of Site

By continuing to use this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. I also want to note, more importantly, you’re choosing to work with someone who genuinely cares about making the insurance process less confusing and more empowering.

Certified & Licensed Receipts

I’m a licensed and certified insurance agent through Covered California, Washington Healthplanfinder, and Nevada Health Link, that just means I’ve done the work, passed the tests, and meet all the state requirements to help you confidently. You can trust that you're in good hands.

Use of Services

My services are designed to support clients living or moving to California, Nevada, or Washington. When you book something or fill out a form, you’re agreeing that the info you provide is true and complete, we’re in this together! (High school musical, anyone?)

Intellectual Property

This site (yep, every word, image, and layout) was built with care by Lisa Nguyen LLC. Please don’t copy, reuse, or repost content without permission. It’s like stealing my personal handwriting, I worked really really hard on it. Seriously. 😅

Limitations of Liability

While I do my best to offer reliable info and support, Lisa Nguyen LLC isn’t liable for any hiccups that come from using the site or services. Also, please, I do NOT do legal or tax advice, ever, so please chat with those pros for that kind of help.

Insurance Disclaimer

Lisa Nguyen LLC helps guide you through insurance options and makes referrals when needed. I’m not a carrier, underwriter, or decision-maker what-so-ever so that part is up to the insurance companies themselves. No promises on coverage or pricing, but I’ll help you get as close as possible. Most of my clients can vouch for that!

Client Responsibilities

Just a friendly heads-up: it's your job to share accurate info when booking or submitting forms. Misuse, abuse, or shady behavior might get your access cut off, but I know that’s not your vibe anyway. My clients would never. 😉

Governing Law

This website and all the good stuff on it follow the laws of the State of California — and we also respect rules in Nevada and Washington where applicable. Let’s keep it lawful and lovely.

Data Privacy

Your data matters. I handle it in line with my Privacy Policy, and I follow privacy laws for California, Washington, and Nevada to make sure everything stays secure and respectful.

Lisa Nguyen is a licensed and certified insurance agent authorized to assist with enrollment through Covered California, Washington Healthplanfinder, and Nevada Health Link. Certifications include compliance with state-specific training, ethics, and consumer protection standards.

Lisa Nguyen LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Covered California, the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, or the Silver State Health Insurance Exchange. Consumers may choose to enroll directly through each state exchange or work with another certified representative.

By booking or filling out a form, you’re cool with me reaching out by phone, email, or text — but only about the services you asked for. No spam, ever. Just info that’s helpful to your coverage journey.

Health Information and Privacy

I don’t store your personal health info unless it's truly needed to help you enroll in coverage — and even then, only with your clear consent. Your privacy is a big deal, and I follow standards that respect that.
